Well, I bought this and am utterly baffled by its interface. Lots of commands appear in the command center, but they do not show up when vortex is invoked, or in context dropdown menus. Not saying that the program doesn't work only that I cannot figure it out, either intuitively or from the instructions on the website. Reminds me of Things, another highly functional program that I found very confusing. I'm not a developer, but I use quite a few programs with steep learning curves. I don't consider the issue hear a 'learning curve' issue as much as a design issue, where the developer sits down and actually thinks about how people will use it, and then tests it on all levels of users. Maybe they did and maybe I just don't get it.

Latest version requires OSX 10.7 but auto-updates under 10.6.8
Downloading Vortex from source still doesn't help but it is possible to edit the app's info.plist (Vortex>Contents>Info.plist) to change the Minimum System requirement from 10.7 to 10.6.8 - it seems to run OK so far!

Tried the free trial and then bought the app. Easy to use and does a bunch of different tasks, its very versatile. It is worth it's money just to use the groove shark feature. I ran into a little problem but customer service was very responsive and fixed my problem immediately. I would highly recommend this software.
